Family New Life Outpatient Program is provided in a clinic setting and provides outpatient mental health care to children and adults who meet medical eligibility to receive mental health care through the MHR program.

These services are reimbursed by Louisiana Medicaid.

It is our philosophy and expectation that recipients should be able to live culturally competent lives. All services provided are culturally competent, family focused, child centered and community based.
